This list is a compilation of my own personal views of every movie, and it is completely unintentional on an individual or movie.
132 films saw the day of light in 2011 and some came as ultimate grossers, but many to say haven't just proved to be fruitful.
10: SINGAM PULI
This movie had Jiiva and Santhanam on board with the latter essaying a dual role. But the movie failed to garner positive reviews due to weak screenplay and awful cinematography. Music by Mani Sharma had nothing to write home about.
09: VEPPAM
A good try to say the least. Film boasted a handicap story with poor screenplay. Music was the only good thing to talk about, not to forget the visuals. But the movie made both Nani and Nithya Menon a long deserved exposure in kollywood.
08: 180
Siddharth came after half a decade to kollywood with a breezy story to say the most. But the movie is irked by a Super-Slow screenplay and a blunt climax.
07: VEDI
Official remake of telugu hit Souryam had Vishal and Sameera as lead pair with Prabhu Deva as Captain of ship. Though the movie did good business in the box office (thanks to rapid promotion) it didn't left any positives for Vishal or Deva.
06: VANDHAN VENDRAN
Another Jiiva starrer(oops), unlike Singam puli this movie had great songs and brilliant visuals though the movie made fans booing, thanks to imaginary story telling by protagonist to save his don brother(?).
05: PULI VESHAM
Arguably the only movie that would made P.Vasu to think why he had did. Protagonist looked out of place and stunt sequences had Capt. Vijayakanth style kicks all around. Last but not the least the characterizations too resembled to ester year blockbuster Chinna Thambi, which is also P.Vasu film.
04: SEEDAN
Can u say this a supernatural film or a masala crap?. Dhanush (arguably any hero) for the first time essayed a role of god to help a devotee. But the movie didn't lived upto the expectations and failed miserably.
03: AADU PULI
Probably Aadhi's worst film in his short carrier. Story, screenplay, cinematography, music all left film-goers wondering what the hell is going on. Result poor box-office collections combined with negative feedbacks.
02: MUDHAL IDAM
No one expected these kind of films from AVM. Vidharth was fresh after mynaa and landed in AVM Studios as protagonist(probably his wild dream in some part of his career, no offence). With nothing falling in place the film failed miserably.
01: LATHIKA
A DISASTER IN THE MAKING.
Protagonist claiming himself with a "***** star" signature even before debut. Interestingly from producer to light man everyone know the result of the movie before its commencement phase. It clearly holds a place in everyone's heart as worst movie of the year or the decade the least to say.
